Vinyl sealer

This product is designed to economically seal seams in sheet flooring and keep debris and water from collecting in seams. This non-flammable, solvent-free vinyl sealer saves time and costs, compared to heat welding on commercial vinyl applications. No Catalyst needed.


Directions: MIX WELL BEFORE USING. These protectants form an invisible barrier between the vinyl siding and the weather in order to seal it. This seal keeps water from penetrating into the vinyl and creating mold. May be used as a one-step sealer and finish. Provides wet look gloss.

Vinyl , terrazzo and timber finish. These high solids, ready to spray vinyl modified sealers have excellent moisture resistance characteristics. They are the perfect choice for sealing cabinets, millwork and MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). Catalyzing the sealer will give improved resistance to wrinkling, lifting, and critical recoat with catalyzed topcoats. It acts much like a floor finish.


It is fairly easy to apply and is very durable. Protecting the vinyl siding on your home can be done with a solution of water and baking soda. The plasticizers are added to the vinyl material and then a protective top coat is applied to the vinyl to better to lock or seal in the plasticizers. So the ideal goal in maintaining vinyl is to protect the original top coat on new vinyl and this will protect the vinyl material under it.
