Prolonged exposure shows no formation of fibrous tissue within the body. Blanket contains neither binder nor lubricant and does not emit any fume or smell during the first firing. This refractory wool is flexible, easy to cut and shape and easy to install.

These fibres have been studied and found to be low bio-persistent, meaning they break down in the lungs unlike the fibres found in RCF products.
