A very lightweight, roomy group shelter that offers excellent useable space and full standing height at its apex. Create your own tent city on our spacious, flat tent camping sites. You don’t have to completely rough it - you still have easy access to hot showers and clean restrooms. Gather the whole crew around the fire pits and picnic tables for chow time.

This is along the open meadow and allows the tents to be set up creek side. It is close to the volleyball court and playground. We provide several picnic tables and a propane fire pit for ambiance not cooking.

At pounds, it’s the heaviest tent we’ve picked out, but considering the size, you expect this, and it’s not like you’re the only one who will carry it to the next campsite.

Group campsites will accommodate tents only. Generator use is not allowed in group campsite areas. Trailers, campers, or other wheeled units are not permitted. Showers and electric hookups are not available in park campgrounds, however shower facilities are available in the communities surrounding the national park.

These tents are located throughout the campgroun away from families, and can sleep adults comfortably. These group tent sites are perfect for scouts or other large groups. Each site has picnic tables and fire rings. Access to water and the bath house is just a short walk away. Price is $per person, per night.

Sunset, Crystal Springs, and Canyon View group sites for tent and car camping. At these areas, campers with RVs and trailers must use regular campsites nearby.

All group camping areas are open from approximately June through September (see specific dates below). Group—A large common area where many RVs can gather. Group Horse—A large group area without individual sites, specifically for horseback riders and their steeds.

Partial Hookup—A site with water and electricity but no sewer. Group Tent —Aame as above, only for large groups in tents. This class does not include tents with bluff views. If you reserve a site and less than people occupy the site, you will be excluded from making future reservations. At some campgrounds, group sites can be combined for larger groups. Your reservation agent can help you with names and locations of these campgrounds.
