It has been impossible to take care of. The feel of it beneath my bare feet is luxuriously soft. And it looks as good today as it did when it first went down.

It’s indeed great in both areas and is also environmentally friendly, comfortable, easy to clean, and resistant to mold and mildew. But, it is a bit on the pricey side overall. These luxurious rugs use a special type of extremely soft nylon. This nylon is spun up into a thickness that is a squishy fiber that is three times as thick as typical carpet nylon. Not Water resistant like sample.
OMG, no customer service can be any worst. Class action lawsuit? Luxury vinyl flooring is a joke. An entry-level carpet will typically include years’ worth of texture retention coverage as well as a stain and soil warranty good for the life of the carpet.
However, the same caliber of nylon carpet will probably only give years of texture.
