How to install fake ceiling beams? You're definitely going to need two people for this project! After our beams were preppe we ran a measuring tape down the width of our ceiling to figure out how long our beams would need to be.

Construct a simple 3-sided box from one 1×and two 1×whitewood boards using wood glue and a nail gun. Fill in nail holes with wood filler, then distress and stain the box for a rustic look.
